Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. To secure the reservation, a 50% deposit of the full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 60 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the house or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages. Please clean up after your usage of ovens, BBQ and griddle – excessive cleaning charges of $25 per item will apply.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the house and please use provided ashtrays outside and do not throw hot ash or embers into the foliage. Pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host. A pet cleaning fee will apply if brought onto the property with or without permission.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Please respect the privacy and comfort of our neighbors. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and secluded: loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement. At this time we are not requiring a security deposit except when use of jacuzzi is requested.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon and Coos County.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with notice by posting here.
